Adelaide Olympic FC uses a secure online system to make paying fees simple, transparent, and safe for all players and families.

All registration, competition, and optional fees are processed through Majestri, our official member platform, which allows you to view your account, track outstanding amounts, and make payments at any time.

Making Payments:

  • Payments can be made online at any time via your Majestri account.

  • Once logged in, any outstanding fees will automatically appear on your dashboard.

  • Follow the prompts to complete payment securely through the online system.

  • The system allows multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards and online banking, ensuring convenience and security.

  • Receipts are issued automatically for each payment and can be accessed at any time through your account.

No Pay, No Play Policy:

  • Adelaide Olympic FC operates a No Pay, No Play Policy.

  • All registration and competition fees must be fully paid before season commencement.

  • Players who have not met their payment obligations will not be eligible to participate in matches or training until fees are settled.

  • This policy ensures fairness, maintains club operations, and allows the club to plan teams, training, and match schedules efficiently.

Refund Policy:

  • Adelaide Olympic FC’s refund policy can be accessed here.

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the club.

  • Factors considered include timing of the request, reason for withdrawal, and whether fees have already been allocated to registration, league, or administrative costs.

  • Once processed, refunds are issued using the original payment method, where possible.

  • Any applicable administration fees may be deducted from the refund.
