U18B Girls Crowned Premiers and Secure Promotion

What a season it has been for Adelaide Olympic’s U18B Girls, who have achieved something truly special — securing the league premiership with three games of the season still to play.

The team currently sits an incredible 10 points clear at the top of the table, putting together a campaign that has showcased their determination, belief, consistency and commitment from the very beginning.

This season presented a significant challenge for the group, with the girls stepping up from the U16s and taking on a new level of competition. Rather than simply meeting the challenge, they have embraced it. From week to week, the team has continued to grow in confidence, develop as players and build strong connections as a group. Their performances have demonstrated the hard work being put in at training and the belief they have in one another.

To secure the premiership with three matches still remaining is a phenomenal achievement — and a reflection of just how consistently this team has performed throughout the season.

Promotion secured

There was even more reason to celebrate with the premiership win, as the result also confirms that Adelaide Olympic will be promoted into the U18A Girls YPL Division next season.

For a group that has stepped up from U16s this year, securing promotion into the U18A division is a fantastic milestone.

It represents not only what the team has achieved this season, but also the exciting pathway that continues to develop for girls and young women at Adelaide Olympic.
