Paul Politis to continue as U18s and Reserves Head Coach in 2027

Adelaide Olympic Football Club is pleased to announce that Paul Politis will continue as our Under 18s and Reserves Head Coach for the 2027 season.

Paul will return for another season overseeing both squads as Adelaide Olympic continues to strengthen the pathway between our junior and senior programs. His continued involvement provides important stability and consistency for a group of players who are developing through the club and taking the next steps in their football journey.

Since taking charge of the Under 18s, Paul has been at the centre of an incredibly successful period for the program. In 2025, the Under 18s secured both the Premiership and Championship, before achieving the same remarkable feat again in 2026.

This season also saw the Reserves claim the State League 1 Premiership, further demonstrating the strength of the pathway and the opportunities available to players progressing through the program. The success across both squads is a reflection of the standards being established and the commitment of the players, coaches and staff involved.

For Adelaide Olympic, developing our young players and providing a clear pathway into senior football remains an important part of the club’s future. Having Paul continue to lead both the Under 18s and Reserves allows us to build on the foundations established over the past two seasons while maintaining a strong connection between the two squads.

Paul will continue to work closely with the players and the wider coaching structure throughout the 2027 season, with a focus on development, preparation and creating an environment where our young footballers can continue to grow and challenge themselves.

After two highly successful seasons, there is plenty to look forward to as this group begins its next chapter. The achievements of the past two years have set a strong foundation, and we are excited to see what the next season brings.

We are delighted to have Paul continuing with Adelaide Olympic and look forward to another season with him leading our Under 18s and Reserves.
