Under 18 State League 1 Champions!

What a way to finish the 2026 season.

Adelaide Olympic’s Under 18s are State League 1 Champions after a superb Grand Final performance, defeating Fulham United 5–1 this morning to claim the championship in emphatic fashion.

With the season coming down to one final match, the boys produced a performance full of confidence, determination and belief. From the opening whistle, they looked composed and purposeful, taking control of the contest and showing exactly why they had earned their place in the Grand Final.

The five-goal victory was a fitting reward for a group that has worked incredibly hard throughout the season. Behind today’s result are months of training, challenging matches, setbacks, improvement and a commitment from the players to keep pushing each other and developing as a team. Their success has been built on that consistency and the strong connection they have developed both on and off the pitch.

A Grand Final can bring plenty of pressure, but the boys embraced the occasion. They played their football, backed themselves and stayed focused on the job in front of them. As the goals came, so did the belief that this could be their moment. By the final whistle, they had produced a 5–1 victory and secured a championship that they can now celebrate together.

For the players, this is a moment to be incredibly proud of. They have put in the work all season and can now look back on their campaign knowing they finished it in the best possible way. More importantly, they have experienced what can be achieved when a group commits to one another and works towards the same goal.

A huge congratulations to our U18 players on an outstanding season and a memorable Grand Final. We also thank our coaching staff for their dedication throughout the year and for the time and effort they have invested in developing this group.

To the families and supporters who have been there throughout the season, thank you for getting behind the boys and helping make moments like this so special. Your support has been part of the journey from the first training session through to today’s celebrations.

For now, it is time to enjoy the moment.
